Mr. Dr. Rahim Mortezaei , CEO of Abkhan Arab Engineering Company, holds a Ph.D. in Geological Sciences from Bu-Ali Sina University, Hamedan. He possesses extensive managerial experience, including serving as the President of the Hamedan Chamber of Commerce, President of the Hamedan Province Mining Engineering Organization, and President of the Hamedan Mining House. He has designed and executed the extraction of dozens of mines across Hamedan Province and neighboring regions.
